How the HAVAŞ airport shuttle works at Dalaman, what it costs, how long it takes — and the one thing most visitors get wrong about the return direction.
Important: HAVAŞ publishes fixed departure times only towards the airport (from Fethiye and Marmaris). In the other direction — airport to resort — there is no fixed timetable; services are arranged around arriving domestic flights. If you land late at night on an international flight, there may be no shuttle.
How the Havaş Shuttle Works
HAVAŞ is the airport shuttle bus operator at Dalaman. It runs two routes: Fethiye (about 60 minutes) and Marmaris (about 90 minutes). Both terminate at the city centre / intercity bus station, not at individual hotels.
Tickets are bought on board or at the HAVAŞ desk. Standard luggage is carried free of charge, but capacity is limited by the hold — for oversized items (bicycles, surfboards, golf bags) contact HAVAŞ in advance.
