Which Terminal?
T1 handles domestic flights within Turkey — Istanbul and Ankara. T2 handles all international flights, including everything from the UK. Your terminal is printed on your boarding pass and shown on the departure screens.
The two terminals are a short walk apart, but going straight to the right one saves carrying bags across. Tell your taxi or transfer driver the terminal number.
Dalaman is not a connecting hub — almost all flights are point to point. If you are connecting via Istanbul, confirm at check-in that your bags are tagged through to your final destination.

How Early Should You Arrive?
Allow 1.5 hours for domestic flights and 2 to 2.5 hours for international departures. In July and August, and on mornings when several UK flights leave together, use the upper end.
If you have checked in online and are travelling with cabin baggage only, you can go straight to security, which usually saves a substantial amount of time. With hold luggage, add the bag-drop queue.
On the return leg, remember that passport control applies at T2 and adds time that domestic passengers do not face.

Not inside the terminal. The nearest accommodation is in Dalaman town (6 km) and Sarıgerme (12 km).
Is Dalaman Airport open 24 hours?
It operates to the flight schedule. In summer that is close to round the clock; in winter it can close after the last flight. Arrange night transfers in advance.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, throughout the terminals. Connection may require phone number verification, which can be awkward on a foreign SIM — download your boarding pass before you travel.
Where do transfer drivers meet passengers?
In the arrivals hall, holding a name board. Confirm the meeting point with your operator when you book.
