www.dalamanhavalimani.com is an independent information portal. We are not responsible for the data processing activities of Dalaman Airport, DHMİ, the airport operator YDA or any airline.

• Usage data: pages visited, referring address, browser and device type, approximate country. Our own visitor statistics use no cookies and do not store IP addresses.
• Technical logs: server and security logs kept by our hosting infrastructure so the site runs safely; these may include your IP address and request details.
• Contact data: the name, e-mail address, phone number and message content you share when you write to us by e-mail or through the chat window.
• Location data: processed only when your browser asks you through the chat window and you give permission; if you refuse, no location is processed.

Your personal data may be shared, strictly for the purposes above, with our hosting and content delivery providers, with Google as our advertising provider and, on request, with competent public authorities.

Because some of these providers’ servers are located outside Türkiye, such transfers are carried out in line with the conditions laid down in Article 9 of KVKK.

• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred;
• ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
• ask for it to be erased or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK;
• ask for any correction or erasure to be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred;
• object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis of your data;
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

Send your request to info@dalamanhavalimani.com, together with information that allows us to verify your identity. Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, requests are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if handling a request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

If your request is rejected, you find our answer insufficient or we do not reply in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

If you are visiting from the European Union/EEA, you can also exercise your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and complaint through the same address.

The site itself stores only the following local entries; advertising cookies are set by Google AdSense as described in the next section.
